Dikla’s Kitchen Workshops are small and intimate and focus on technical skills. This dough workshop explores savory doughs. You’ll be making focaccias with antipasti and goat cheese, a stuffed ricotta, pepper and mangold pastry, a shakshuka baked into a savory roll along with an assortment of homemade rolls.
The workshop begins with a coffee and pastry and ends with a full meal.
